Job summary

Momentum Physical Therapy in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Certified Hand Therapist to join and help grow our hand therapy department. This role focuses on advanced hand, wrist, and upper extremity rehabilitation within a collaborative outpatient setting.

You will evaluate patients, create evidence-based treatment plans, educate patients, and work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in outpatient/orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
• Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities
