Job summary

Momentum Physical Therapy in San Antonio is seeking an experienced clinician in hand therapy to treat hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients to promote recovery and functional goals.

Open to experienced Occupational Therapists or Certified Hand Therapists, with opportunities to grow within a fast-growing leader in San Antonio's healthcare community.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license required.
• CHT certification or actively pursuing certification.
• 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in outpatient/orthopedic setting.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehab skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based hand therapy techniques.
• Provide patient education to improve outcomes and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary providers to ensure high-quality care.
