The clinician will provide occupational therapy services, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, reassessment, discharge planning, and documentation, while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed in Maryland, DC and/or Virginia as required for location(s).
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services with review of history, assessments, and documentation of results.
• Implements treatment protocols and collaborates with other healthcare professionals as indicated.
• Completes discharge planning and accurate, timely documentation of patient care.
• Manages schedule, demonstrates productivity, and maintains patient access with empathy in a consumer-driven environment.
• Mentors staff, students, and volunteers; supports orientation and ongoing professional development.
