Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program.
• Hand Therapy specialty certification or pursuing certification/licensure.
• Montana state licensure and national registration required.
• Minimum of one year of hand/OT therapy clinical experience.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification and CPR.
• Excellent orthotic fabrication skills.
• Strong knowledge of hand injuries and disorders.
• Strong ethical and moral character; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care for hand therapy.
• Implement effective treatment programs tailored to patient needs.
• Conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress and discharge when appropriate.
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare team to communicate goals and progress.
• Develop expertise in custom bracing and orthotics.
