Ortho Montana in downtown Billings, MT is seeking a Full-Time Certified Hand Therapist to serve in our growing outpatient therapy clinic. As part of your employment with Ortho Montana, you’ll shadow fellowship-trained surgeons, participate in physician protocol discussions, and help enhance continuity of care for patients undergoing outpatient and post-surgical therapy.

Qualifications

• Current, active OT license in Montana.
• Bachelor/Master/Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Open to active/pending licensure and those sitting for board exam in next six months.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and observe procedures with fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons.
• Participate in peer-to-peer discussions and modify physician protocols.
• Enhance continuity of care via open communication between physicians and clinicians.
