Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components on PCBAs.
• Complete assembly, rework, repair, and modification of electronic components.
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or non-conforming assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and correct soldering and assembly issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation.
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project requirements.
