Staffmark in Lynchburg, OH is seeking a Hand Soldering Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will hand solder components, inspect joints, and read basic drawings while maintaining a clean, safe workstation.

The role requires at least 1 year of hand soldering experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Shift is 7:00 AM–4:30 PM with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hand soldering experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work habits.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components and assemblies.
• Inspect solder joints for proper connection.
• Read and interpret basic assembly drawings and schematics.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Assist with additional assembly tasks as needed.
