Responsibilities include following work orders precisely, maintaining quality of seams, selecting appropriate stitches and fabrics, and keeping work areas tidy.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and sit/stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of different stitches, fabrics, and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow work orders to meet customer / product specifications.
• Focus on precision first and then pace.
• Quality check work for neat seems and correct stitching.
• Ability to identify flaws/variations in different patterns and color identification.
• Must be able to handle materials such as cotton, silk, viscose, wool, nylon, etc.
• Work with team members to coordinate work flow and resolve issues
• Keep work area tidy
