Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Hand/Power Jack Operator for the 1st shift in Fort Smith, AR. Position involves setting up and tearing down workstations, moving products with a lift/jack, loading shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient production area.

Shift runs 6:00 am – 3:00 pm. Pay rate is $16.25 per hour with comprehensive benefits including 401K, medical, dental, vision, holidays, vacation after 90 days, and more.

Qualifications

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Operates a lift/jack to move and load product
• Moves pallets from the production area to the cooler
• Loads outgoing shipments
• Fills boxes with ice for use in packing product for shipment
• Fills in for cooler personnel during breaks
• Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds
• This is a safety sensitive position

Shift Time: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Operates a lift/jack to move and load product; Moves pallets from the production area to the cooler; Loads outgoing shipments; Fills boxes with ice for use in packing product for shipment; Fills in for cooler personnel during breaks. Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
