Bachoco OK Foods in Albertville, AL is seeking a Hand Portioner for 2nd shift (4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.).

This safety-sensitive role cuts boneless raw chicken to customer specifications using a knife, and requires standing for 8 hours in a cold, wet environment. Position Summary: Responsible for hand portioning product to customer specifications:

• Uses a knife to cut boneless raw products into customer specified piece sizes.
• Ability to manually manipulate chicken breasts and tenders into a position to maximize yield.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
