Bachoco OK Foods in Albertville, AL is hiring a Hand Portioner for the 1st shift (7:00a–4:00p). You will cut boneless raw chicken to customer specifications, using a knife and positioning pieces to maximize yield.

The role requires standing 8 hours, working in a cold/wet environment, and exposure to noise and moving equipment. Safety sensitive with strong benefits.

Position Summary: Responsible for hand portioning product to customer specifications:

• Uses a knife to cut boneless raw products into customer specified piece sizes.
• Ability to manually manipulate chicken breasts and tenders into a position to maximize yield.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
