Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Hand Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient team at the Palm Coast location. This part-time role (M/W/F 8A-5P) focuses on delivering high-quality hand therapy and outpatient care within a patient-centered setting.

You will conduct evaluations, develop customized plans, and collaborate with a team of rehabilitation professionals to drive optimal outcomes for diverse diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs.
• Deliver and manage high quality patient care for multiple diagnoses.
• Maintain a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate skills both verbally and in writing.
• Promote evidence-based patient care.
