Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, cups and other ice cream items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; handle transactions and payments.
• Keep shelves, freezers and dip cabinets stocked and clean.
• Follow safety and store policies; monitor for out-of-code items.
• Assist with maintenance, cleanliness and daily reporting as required.
