Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Hand Coiler in Denver, CO for a contract-to-hire role. You will operate production machinery to manufacture stainless steel band clamps, loading materials and maintaining continuous operation in a clean, high-volume facility.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with competitive hourly rates and weekly pay. Ideal candidates have minimal experience or are building a manufacturing career, with Steel-toe footwear required and a focus on safety and quality in a fully

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to manufacture stainless steel band clamps.
• Run up to two machines simultaneously after training.
• Load materials and maintain continuous machine operation.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product standards.
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues.
• Count, box, and label finished products.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Pay & Available Shifts

1st Shift

? Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

? $21.00/hour

2nd Shift

? Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

? $21.50/hour

3rd Shift

? Monday – Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

? $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Operating production machinery to manufacture stainless steel band clamps
• Running up to two machines simultaneously once fully trained
• Loading materials and maintaining continuous machine operation
• Performing routine quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Making minor machine adjustments as needed
• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any issues
• Counting, boxing, and labeling finished products
• Following all safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work independently after training
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 – $22.00/hr.
