Job summary

Aerotek is seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join its growing team in Wheat Ridge, CO. This contract role involves operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining safety and quality on a temperature-controlled, fully onsite floor.

You will work overnight 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotating 3-on/4-off schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next). Prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to lift and move materials are required.

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery or production equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities.

• Experience performing inspections and quality control checks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle raw materials delivered from mining quarries.
• Load materials into production equipment and monitor production flow.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and chemical levels throughout the process.
• Record and maintain production data using Microsoft Office applications.
• Conduct inspections and perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using basic mechanical skills.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and cleanroom requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform occasional heavy lifting and material handling duties as required.

Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the processing of materials used in magnet production. This is a hands-on position that involves operating production equipment, monitoring critical processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

Shift: Overnight | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule: Rotating 3-on/4-off schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
