Aerotek is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join its food manufacturing team in Affton, MO. You will operate, monitor, and maintain production and packaging equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, changing over products, performing minor troubleshooting, and documenting results.

• Familiarity with pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
• Experience performing quality inspections and using metal detectors.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs.

Schedule

Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:50 AM

Schedule: AWS 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

• Work 2 days
• Off 2 days
• Work 3 days
• Then alternate the following week

This position is ideal for candidates with machine operation, manufacturing, packaging, food production, blending, mixing, or production line experience who enjoy hands‑on work and working in a team‑oriented environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Affton, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
