Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Hand Bindery Lead to join our production team at Range Printing — where craftsmanship meets creativity. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support print production by performing manual and semi‑mechanical bindery and finishing tasks to prepare printed materials for delivery. This role focuses on quality, accuracy, and meeting production deadlines while following safety and work instructions.

What You’ll Do

• Stage materials (covers, inserts, tabs, envelopes, labels) and keep work areas organized.
• Hand‑collate, gather, and assemble printed pieces in correct sequence.
• Review job specs and production schedules to ensure every project runs smoothly and on time.
• Inspect work for precision and quality, making fine‑tuned adjustments as needed.
• Assist with kitting, labeling, inserting, and special assembly projects.
• Work closely with teammates across departments to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and help us raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
