We are a growing commercial printing company looking for an experienced Bindery Lead to help lead our second shift operations.

This is a hands‑on production position. You’ll spend the majority of your time operating bindery equipment while working alongside a small team of approximately five bindery assistants. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in producing high‑quality work.

What You’ll Do

As the Bindery Lead, you will:

• Operate bindery equipment throughout the shift.

Equipment Experience

Experience operating commercial bindery equipment such as:

• Shrink wrap equipment
• Padding equipment
• Banding equipment
• Packaging and fulfillment equipment

Experience with automated finishing equipment is a plus.
