Job summary

The Job Shop in Findlay is seeking a dependable Hand Assembly/General Labor worker for the 1st shift (7 am - 4:30 pm). Pay is $18/hr with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include assembling partitions by hand, following production specifications, inspecting finished products, and keeping a clean, safe workstation in a fast-paced environment. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble partitions and packaging components by hand.
• Insert and connect cardboard pieces to create finished partitions.
• Follow assembly instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Stack, organize, and prepare completed products for packaging or shipment.
• Keep up with daily production requirements.
• Identify and report damaged or defective materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with other production and packaging duties as needed.
