Mancan is hiring an assembler for 1st shift in Wooster, OH. You will assemble components using hand tools, read detailed work instructions, and follow safety protocols. The position is temporary with potential to become permanent based on performance.

The role requires familiarity with industrial machinery, ability to lift 50 lbs, and dependable attendance. Work hours are Monday–Thursday 6:00am–3:00pm, Friday 6:00am–12:00pm, at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial machinery (punch press, brake press, etc.).
• Familiarity with hand tools and safe operation practices.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion.
• Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record.
• Previous work in manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using various hand tools and follow work instructions accurately.
• Build extension ladders according to guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination.
• Read and write in English to follow detailed work instructions and complete documentation.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, and standing.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
