Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a General Manager for our Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center. You will lead operations, maximize financial results, and ensure service levels are top-notch while complying with brand standards.

The role requires strategic sales planning, budget mastery, and guest-centric leadership to build a high-performing team and memorable stays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive hotel experience, or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years in related roles.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Money Maestro: Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in strong shape.
• Sales Superstar: Develop sales plans, manage the budget, and engage with major accounts to grow bookings.
• Systems Whiz: Utilize reports and tech tools to streamline operations and support fast decision-making.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
