Job summary

Home Instead is hiring CAREGivers in the Noblesville area to provide non-medical in-home care for aging adults. The role offers part-time hours across mornings, days, evenings, and weekends with a weekend differential and a wage of $16.50–$17.50 per hour.

Caregivers support clients with companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, along with a background check and drug screen.

• Ability to communicate in a friendly, congenial manner.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.

CAREGiver Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

CAREGiver Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
• 100% compliance on company policy including but not limited to turning in all up-to-date certifications/documents
• Must be able to travel anywhere in our Hamilton and Boone County area
• Complete all required education and training
• Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly
