Home Instead Senior Care in Indiana seeks CAREGivers to provide in-home non-medical care, companionship, and support for aging adults. The role requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, a flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends, and a compassionate heart to help clients stay at home with dignity and care.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, Teladoc access, and a culture that values family.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
• Must be able to travel in the Hamilton and Boone County area.
• Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly.

CAREGiver Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation

CAREGiver Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
• 100% compliance on company policy including but not limited to turning in all up-to-date certifications/documents
• Must be able to travel anywhere in our Hamilton and Boone County area
• Complete all required education and training
• Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly
