Qualifications

• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct shift personnel to maximize safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Train employees and ensure proper operations and policy adherence.
• Monitor equipment and facilities for sanitation and maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain production records (e.g., payroll, yields).
• Coordinate with other supervisors and management to improve efficiency.
• Attend scheduled meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
