Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail environments to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. You’ll partner with local store teams, manage displays, and support seasonal resets while serving as the face of Hallmark in assigned stores.

The role offers a variable schedule, about 20–22 hours per week, with some holiday work required and paid training provided. Medical and other voluntary benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents.
• Must have access to Wi‑Fi and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory in Hallmark department across stores using a handheld device.
• Support holiday seasons with additional days and extended hours as needed.
• Install fixtures, relocate departments, and reset card sections in stores.
• Collaborate with other merchandisers to support broader territories.
