Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a Manager/Supervisor to oversee the Hopkins Access Line, coordinating physician communications and staff scheduling.
The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred) and five years of related experience, with a full‑time 40‑hour week and rotating shifts including holidays and weekends.
Reporting to the Lifeline Program Manager, the Manager/Supervisor oversees the team that coordinates physician‑to‑physician communications, serves as a key resource for referring physicians, and manages staff schedules to maintain seamless operations.
Full‑time position, 40 hours per week, rotating shift. Holiday and weekend work required.
High School diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
Minimum $21.53 per hour – maximum $37.68 per hour. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
