Thom Child & Family Services in Worcester, MA is seeking an Early Intervention Haitian Creole Interpreter on an as-needed basis for hourly work, Mon–Fri 8:30am–4:30pm. The role supports Early Intervention Specialists and families with interpretation during community, center, group, and remote visits.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Haitian Creole and English, with a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Fluent in Haitian Creole and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Haitian Creole/English skills required.
• Ability to interpret written materials (text/email).
• Good computer skills and Microsoft Office competency.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide interpreting services for Early Intervention Specialists and families during visits and remote when necessary.
• Work collaboratively in a team approach to service provision.
• Maintain compliance with Thom Child & Family Services policies/DPH regulations.
• Abide by confidentiality and professional boundaries.
