Hair Cuttery Family of Brands invites beauty school students to join the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. You will start as a student, earn while you learn with hourly compensation, and receive mentorship, orientation, and advanced training to build your cutting skills and client base.

Licensed pros mentor you, and you’ll integrate with a salon team while enjoying benefits and growth opportunities within the company’s multi-salon network.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in beauty school.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
