Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for its FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. This unique path offers mentorship, hands-on training, and real earning potential as you prepare to become licensed stylists.

You’ll start with observation, move into chair-time, and advance through an eight-level career ladder with performance-based pay and growth opportunities across our 500+ salons nationwide.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
