Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.

• Willingness to learn cutting, fading and color techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience at the salon, including reception duties.
• Participate in a structured training plan with the Salon Leader.
• Collaborate with licensed pros for consultations on guests.
• Observe, learn and sharpen skills with guidance from Salon Professionals.
• Help build a strong clientele through product knowledge and service.
