The role emphasizes staying current with hair trends and maintaining salon standards. Prior cosmetology training and licensure are required, with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Completion of cosmetology school or program.
• 1–3 years of styling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized hair services and treatments to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
• Stay current on hair trends, techniques and certifications.
