Life Time Inc. is seeking a skilled Stylist to provide hair services that enhance guests' well-being and the club experience. You will perform cuts, coloring, highlights, and other services while driving guest satisfaction and product sales.

The role requires a cosmetology credential, a High School diploma or GED, and 1–3 years of styling experience with a state license. You’ll stay current on trends, maintain clean stations, and educate guests on LifeSpa offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cosmetology school completion required.
• 1–3 years of stylist experience.
• Cosmetology license in the work state.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments meeting client needs.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments.
• Keeps certifications current and stays updated on trends.
• Maintains salon work stations to Life Time standards.
