Job summary

Life Time is seeking a stylist to provide hair services and treatments that enhance the guest's well-being and club experience, including cuts, color, highlights, and perms, while driving sales of services and products. You will educate clients on LifeSpa offerings, stay current with trends, maintain your station, and uphold safety and salon standards.

Licensure and cosmetology training are required; 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1–3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in the state of work.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients' needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance while staying current in style and technique.
• Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintains work stations to salon standards.
• Keeps certifications up to date and follows industry trends.
