Job summary

Hammer & Nails Men's Grooming - Flower Mound is seeking licensed barbers to deliver precision cuts, signature shaves, beard grooming, scalp and facial treatments in a luxury barber spa setting. You will join a team focused on mastery, client relationships, and ongoing professional growth in a men’s grooming specialty.

We offer competitive hourly pay, commissions, gratuities, PTO, and flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun).

Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Passion for men's grooming and delivering premium service.
• Strong technical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Genuine ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, weekend availability required (Friday-Saturday-Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium barber services including precision cuts, signature shaves, beard grooming, scalp treatments, and facial treatments.
• Provide excellent client service and build lasting relationships with members.
• Cross-train in nail treatments to expand service offerings.
