Job summary

Arbor Village Nursing in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, is seeking a compassionate Hairdresser to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide haircutting, coloring, and styling services to residents, developing personalized hair care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Hairdresser/ Beautician.
• Must be licensed with cosmetology training.
• Experience working with seniors or special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircutting, coloring, and styling services for residents.

Job Summary:

Arbor Village Nursing, a dedicated healthcare provider in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Hairdresser to join our team. As a Hairdresser, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being and appearance of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide haircutting, coloring, and styling services to residents, ensuring their personal and emotional needs are met
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each resident's hair care preferences and needs
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure that hair care services are aligned with individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and organized hair salon, adhering to all infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
• $17 per hour, hourly pay only. Residents are only to be charged for extra services' supplies such as hair color, perm solution, bleach, etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Hairdresser/Beautician preferred
• Must be licensed - education and training in cosmetology required
• Experience working with seniors/special needs preferred
