Qualifications

• Active NC Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• 1+ year of professional shop/salon experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong clipper and shear work; comfort with men’s grooming services (fades, beard shaping, shaves).
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and consultation abilities.
• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality haircuts, styles, fades, shaves, and beard services tailored to each client.
• Conduct thorough consultations; recommend styles, grooming routines, and retail products.
• Deliver a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out; build a loyal book of business.
• Maintain excellent sanitation and station organization in line with state board standards.
• Stay current on trends and techniques through paid, ongoing education.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture; support teammates during peak times.

What You’ll Bring

• Active North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License(required).
• 1+ year of professional shop/salon experience(3+ years preferred).

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly + Commission + Tips.
• Service commissionandretail commissionon all eligible sales.
• 100% of tipskept by you.
• On-target earnings:$60,000–$100,000+ annuallydepending on experience, booking volume, and tips.

Schedule

• Full-time only (32+ hours/week).
• Must be able to work a blend of weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
