Job summary

Scissors & Scotch is seeking barbers and stylists with experience cutting men’s hair who are team players and eager to learn and grow their careers in a welcoming environment in Tennessee. You will be part of an upscale lounge that blends traditional barbering with modern spa services and offers cocktails or coffee during a shift.

Compensation is hourly plus service and product commissions, with 100% of tips paid to barbers/stylists.

Locations:

Franklin (McEwen Northside) & Brentwood (Hill Center)

Hours/Days Available:

Brentwood: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Franklin (Cool Springs): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Must work on Sunday

Compensation:

Our barbers/stylists make between $30 - $55 per hour based on experience and skill level. We pay hourly plus commission on each service as well as commission on products sold. 100% of tips go to our barbes/stylists.

Required Skills:

Valid Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology license.

Training:

4 days of paid training required prior to starting.

Pay:

$30.00 - $55.00 per hour
