Qualifications

• Active NC Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• 1+ year of professional shop/salon experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong clipper and shear work; comfort with men’s grooming services (fades, beard shaping, shaves).
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and consultation abilities.
• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, styles, fades, shaves, and beard services.
• Conduct thorough consultations; recommend styles, grooming routines, and products.
• Deliver a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out; build a loyal book of business.
• Maintain sanitation and station organization per state board standards.
• Stay current on trends through ongoing education.
• Support teammates during peak times to maintain a positive team culture.
