Job summary

Scissors & Scotch is seeking barbers and stylists experienced in men’s haircuts to join our team in Franklin or Brentwood. Enjoy traditional barbering with modern spa services in an upscale lounge where clients relax, groom, and sip a beverage.

We offer paid training, hourly pay plus commissions on services and products, full-time benefits, and growth opportunities. Tennessee license required; training starts November 1, 2026, with potential earnings well over $80k for top performers.

Barber/Stylist

Locations:

Franklin (McEwen Northside) & Brentwood (Hill Center)

Compensation:

Our barbers/stylists make between $30 - $55 per hour based on experience and skill level. We pay hourly plus commission on each service as well as commission on products sold. 100% of tips go to our barbes/stylists.

Required Skills:

Valid Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology license.

Training:

4 days of paid training required prior to starting. Training expecting to start November 1, 2026

Pay:

$30.00 - $55.00 per hour
