As a hairstylist student, you’ll support guest experiences, learn alongside licensed pros, and develop your craft in a fast-paced salon environment with mentorship and onboarding that prepares you for licensed work.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch Salon Professionals and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: receive training on product knowledge, consultation skills, and building a strong clientele.
