Job summary

Hammer & Nails is seeking top-tier barbers for our St. George, UT location. You’ll perform fades, shaves, beard work, and classic men’s grooming with high-end tools and premium products. We offer a team-focused environment, ongoing education, and a strong advancement path.

This hourly role includes tips and commission with a flexible schedule and training—plus tools provided at no cost. Join a growing concept that values craftsmanship and leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• Current Utah Barber License required.
• Skills in fades, shaves, beard work and classic men's grooming.
• High level straight razor work required.
• Professional who respects the craft and the entire team.
• Able to work early evenings and Saturdays; Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Perform fades, shaves, beard work and other grooming services to a high standard.
• Lead and contribute to a team environment, supporting fellow artists.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining shop workflow and cleanliness.
