Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Burlington, MA is seeking a Stylist to provide hair services and treatments, improving guests’ well-being and the club experience with cuts, coloring, highlighting and related services.

You will educate clients on LifeSpa products, stay current with trends, maintain clean stations, and promote products and services while earning commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist

Preferred Requirements

• Experience as a stylist in a professional setting
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software

Pay

This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
