Job summary

Life Time Inc. Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Stylist to provide hair services and treatments that enhance the guest experience, including cuts, color, perms, highlights and foiling.

You will educate clients on LifeSpa products, stay current with trends, promote services and products, maintain clean stations, and deliver results that exceed expectations. This full-time role offers commissions from 35% to 70% with a base wage, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1–3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Summary

The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest’s overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. Some services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling that result in sales, services and products that exceed the guest’s expectations.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• Experience as a stylist in a professional setting
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software

Pay

This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
