Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Stylist to provide a range of hair services and treatments that enhance guests’ well-being and club experience. You will perform services such as cuts, coloring and highlighting while promoting LifeSpa products and services.

The role requires cosmetology licensure, completion of cosmetology school, and 1–3 years of styling experience. You will work in a full-service Life Time salon, with a focus on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Summary

Some services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling that result in sales, services and products that exceed the guest’s expectations.

Position Requirements

Pay

This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
