Supercuts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead a busy full-service salon in the Pacific Northwest. If you’re an experienced stylist, we’ll train you to manage and grow with our team, drive client satisfaction, and help deliver top-notch service daily.

You will oversee operations, mentor stylists, and stay current with salon software and business processes, while enjoying benefits like medical/dental/vision coverage and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license) is required.
• Experience leading a team or managing staff is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and mentor stylists.
