Supercuts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead a busy full-service salon and guide a team of stylists. If you’re an experienced stylist ready to grow into management, we will train you and help you build strong client relationships.

You’ll work daily with leadership, manage operations, and drive growth while delivering great service. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid sick leave, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license or reciprocal license required.
• Experience leading a team, preferably in a service industry.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
