Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead a busy, full-service Supercuts salon and deliver outstanding client experiences.

If you’re a licensed cosmetologist with leadership chops, you’ll mentor stylists, manage daily operations, and collaborate with ownership to grow the local business. You’ll stay current with trends, ensure compliance, and support the team with training and development. WA-based salons.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license required (or reciprocal).
• Passion for hair styling trends and artistry.
• Proven leadership with team management experience.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and mentor stylists.
• Strong client interaction and courtesy with guests.
• Ability to oversee training, inventory, and community outreach.
• Maintain high cleanliness and salon standards.

Responsibilities
