The role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. A Cosmetology license is required, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Ability to perform a range of hair services and makeups.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair design, color, styling, extensions, and related services.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify growth opportunities.
