Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and recommend products and services. The role emphasizes guest service, driving service sales, and collaboration with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include performing a range of hair services, staying current with trends, and ensuring safety and sanitation. A Cosmetology license is required, with prior salon experience preferred.

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to retail/service sales.
• Support EM/ASM in delivering an unrivaled guest experience and store goals.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and industry standards.
