Qualificações

• Cosmetology license required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to achieving store retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth through guest service and product recommendations.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives delivering an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and professional salon image standards.
